Presenting Historic Modernist Architecture just steps to Windansea Beach. Designed by early modernist movement pioneer R.M Schindler in 1923, the design employs “slab tilt� concrete construction, redwood and glass. Designated Historical Landmark No. 117 named “El Pueblo Ribera� (a six unit project), the work represents one of only two of his projects in San Diego.
